A kidnapping turns lethal - but for who?

Synopsis

An amateur criminal duo (Maisie and Tobias) are given the task to retrieve a hostage for their bosses. When they fail at their task and accidentally kills the hostage, Tobias is forced to confront his ethical code, namely his belief in the least amount of people suffering (utilitarianism). Maisie asks Tobias to tie her up like a hostage to pretend she is the hostage - a flimsy plan for getting out of the problem. Tobias runs away, as Maisie requests him to do. After hearing a gun shot behind him, Tobias' conscience pulls him back to the Maisie, to stick it out with his partner in crime. This has lethal consequences for one of them.
