Synopsis

Theo is stuck in life. He got a job in telemarketing where he calls out trying to sell insurances and is working from home. Days are long, customers are rude, and he hate his job. One day a girl picks up the phone, Lucy. She is not interested in talking to him, but that does not stop Theo from trying to give his sales pitch. Lucy starts crying on the phone, and Theo puts his work to the side, to comfort her. As he is asking what is wrong, he finds out Lucy is suicidal. She is standing on the edge of a cliff. Not knowing where Lucy is, so he can’t send help, he is trying to help her over the phone. Theo is trying to talk her out of it – doing that, he realises not only she needs make changes in her life, but so does he. The call ends with Lucy hanging up. Theo tries to call her back, but she does not answer – he breaks down, unsure if she is alive or not. Time has passed and Theo is a new place in life. When he goes for a walk, a girl not paying attention to her surroundings bumps into him. The girl apologises and Theo recognizes the voice. The girl was Lucy.
