Synopsis
Eric Vildgaard owner and chef at restaurant Jordnær in Gentofte. Eric's life to the top hasn't been a dance on roses at all. He has encountered multiple obstacles like being on both sides of the law and personal bad choices. Eric's team has won multiple awards including getting the second Michelin star in 2020.
