Synopsis

Brighter days is a story about a young man getting away from his grief and guilt. He is staying in his aunts cabin. Suddenly a girl knocks on his door trying to get his attention. She lives in the cabin right next to him. She asks him for dinner but he refuses. In the end he decides to spend the evening with her anyway. They have a lot of fun together, but he can’t really seem to deal with his thoughts and have fun at the same time. Therefore he decides to leave in the middle of their dinner and head to the beach to think. She follows him there...
