Synopsis

Louis has lived with frog phobia for all of his life. He goes in depth with how phobia feels and his personal experiences. Then he visits his parents to interview them about their experiences with his phobia. After talking to his parents about the origin of his phobia, he decides to go to therapy and get professional help. The therapist uses a personal story of encountering a toad in his kitchen to walk through the emotions he feels when confronted by frogs. Together they reconfigure the story and Louis gets to mentally experience what its like to hold a toad.To test out if the therapy works, Louis goes to Randers Regnskov and meets Brian Olsen, who presents him to a toad. He finds that the therapy helped enormously and ends up touching holding the toad. Afterwards they go to a room with big green frogs and touches and holds them too. He talks to Brian about how crazy an experience it is to be able to tolerate frogs after having been cripplingly scared of them. Conclusively, Louis decides to get a tattoo of a frog as a permanent reminder of how much is possible when you confront your fears.
